Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with DreamPearl Designs. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All items are custom-made and/or made to order. Orders are not processed until payment has been received in full.
Standard processing time is typically 5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated. Larger orders, custom designs, specialty items, or high-volume seasons may require additional processing time.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, or other delays beyond our control.
DreamPearl Designs is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
3. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your name, apartment/unit number, street address, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting your order.
DreamPearl Designs is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
4. Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, DreamPearl Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional delivery information.
6. Local Pickup/Delivery
Local pickup or delivery may be available for select orders. Pickup or delivery details must be arranged in advance.
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the agreed-upon time. Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to additional arrangements or fees.
7. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact DreamPearl Designs within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Damage claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. DreamPearl Designs is not responsible for damage caused after delivery or by improper handling once the item has been received.
8. Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
9. Holiday and High-Volume Seasons
During holidays, special events, graduation season, Boule season, and other high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. Please place your order early to allow enough time for production and delivery.
